What is Hypnotherapy?
Let me explain metaphorically. So you are an iPhone… you come to me because your storage is full (capacity to deal with stress). Your battery is not charging properly (sleeping problems) and your apps (work, relationships,money etc) are not working. You come to me into the store (practice) for support (therapy). What we do over a relatively small timeframe is do a ‘Factory Reset’…. not only that but we update you to the latest software as well. So you walk out the best version of yourself! Hooray!
I could also explain by suggesting you’re perhaps a piece of tapestry, should you be creative. But you’re worn around the edges and your colour has faded. All we are doing is unstitching the picture and sowing it back up with newer and more sturdy thread. The picture is beautiful, the colours sharper and the stitching is tightly secured.
